What is Coaching?
Coaching focuses on improving performance and developing individuals’ skills and abilities through a one to one relationship delivered by a skilled practitioner. It is usually a non-directive form of development. Coaches may draw upon disciplines such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), utilise Psychometric instruments and perhaps 360 degree feedback, in working with individuals to achieve their goals.
Isn’t coaching just for people who aren’t achieving their goals?
Quite the contrary, no successful sports personality is without a coach, and it is worth considering how much more you could achieve if you had a coach.
